Topics....that's what I find the hardest to nail down, topics to write about. Shit my mind is full of topics, how do you choose?

The Cape! Why does everyone on the east coast have a house on the cape? I grew up on the west coast, so this concept is extremely new to me...and is it on the cape, down the cape or at the cape? Don't get me wrong, I'm all for trotting down and hanging out. In fact I have some fantastic friends whose families own a little piece of paradise....but is it possible for a non-new englander to actually purchase property "on the cape" ?? Do I need to submit some kind of length of residency on the east coast?

Again, is it on, down or at?????
